Before the start of any project, I'd like to have the Order Brief filled out, the Contract signed, and the downpayment sent.
An Order Brief is a form that a Client will fill out to give me more information I needed to complete the project. Usually, I email or send a follow up message if I have any questions about the project.
The Contract states everything that is guaranteed to be fair for both parties (the Client and the Designer). I encourage the Client to always read the Contract and ask questions thereafter.
The 50% percent downpayment shall be sent to me through Paypal.
Once everything is set, we can start our journey together!
STEP 1. DEFINE
Before the start of the project, I need to understand the problem areas, result, and expectation of the project; formulate ideal plan; agree on the Creative Brief; contract signing and requires 50% downpayment (refer to My Terms of Service).
STEP 2. DESIGN
At this stage, I draft the proposed design; the Client will sign-off the initial, proof design; I start the design process and submit the final design for approval and make revision, if any.
All products that you will be receiving within this stage are watermarked or password-protected until we reach Step 3.
STEP 3. DELIVER
Once you are satisfied with the products/services that you have acquired, I ask that you send over the remainder of the payment before I send the final files. After the receipt of payment, you will receive the final files with no watermark.
